Where Is Summer?

I know that I am not the only one who has wondered this. Where is summer? We have had alot of rain and some chilly nights. This is nuts!!! Has there been a major climate change or something? The nights used to be comfortable. Not too hot and not too cold. Swimming pool water is staying too cold to even swim in. This has been a strange summer. Dont you think?
